At ProDeCon we know that as an integral part of the design team, it is our responsibility to provide a product which enhances the client's credibility and reputation. This practice of making the client look good, along with a commitment to be friendly and easy to work with, has been a vital part of our success. ProDeCon is also unique compared to most engineering and detailing firms in our commitment to do more than follow the leading edge of technology, but rather to define it. Our programming department works to continually provide new computer software that improves our performance and accuracy. We also have a well-organized commitment to training in order to stay proficient with our extensive library of third-party software. At the same time, the engineers of ProDeCon do not blindly rely on computers and software. Instead we stop and take the time to carefully review all designs, to ensure that they agree with the engineering results and will be easily buildable. One of our strongest points is our commitment to improvement. After completing a project, we take the time to go back and look at ways we could have done a better job. We talk to the contractors and other team members to see what we could have done differently that might have made their job easier and our documents more thorough. This approach means the ProDeCon of today is always going to be a little better than the ProDeCon of yesterday.
